You get trained quick and any questions are answered. After that you are expected to know what you're supposed to do and if you dont get it done, its on you. Working here provides a lot of flexibility as most jobs do not allow you to leave for personal matters often without the risk of being let go. You gain a lot of knowledge here and the current manager and boss are great.

Its a lot of physical labor. On your feet for 8-10 hours a day with only one lunch break.
