Pros

The co workers and friends I made, made it hard to leave. And the Thursday- Friday hybrid schedule was important for work life balance

Cons

If you are not conservative or christian, this will not be the place for you. Leadership seems like they make decisions quickly and many tenured people have moved on because of it. Your success is tied directly to your Account Manager's book of business. If their clients aren't hiring or are terrible to work with, the recruiters get blamed for not producing (even after speaking up) AND you don't make quarterly commission. Can make good money if your account manager had good jobs/ clients for you to work on. For example, lucky recruiters make thousands and others $0. You are a number to them, don't let them tell you otherwise!

Pros

You’ll learn the basics of recruiting quickly. Cool coworkers overall.

Cons

There are maybe six people left who’ve been here more than two years. Most of the strong, long-tenured employees (including multiple President Club Winners, VPs and directors) have left in the past year. Leadership puts most of their trust and attention into the account managers, even though it’s the recruiters bringing in the revenue. AMs tend to get praised for doing the bare minimum while recruiters are overlooked. The CEO frequently brings up the idea of suing former or even current employees, which makes people afraid to look at other opportunities — especially ironic for a company built around helping people change jobs. The “top recruiters make $200K+” claim that gets reposted every few months isn’t accurate — maybe one or two people have ever hit that number, and the new commission structure (as of 2025) makes it even less likely.
