Pros

-Wear Athleisure to work/casual atmosphere -Hybrid WFH schedule -Coworkers that have the potential to become great friends -Opportunity to work with different industries -Good for a job right out of college

Cons

-Parking can be difficult/some safety concerns being in deep ellum -on target earnings are lower than they advertise -management tracks clicks, micromanages heavily -Leadership is not flexible with personal situations unless they favor you -High turnover, most of their tenured employees left in the past year and a half -If you are not conservative or Christian, this is not a healthy environment. Leadership can be insensitive and there is a reason there's a lack of diversity and more turnover for minorities. There's no HR to report this to -If you don't get an account manager with a good book of business you will struggle to make money and recruiters get blamed regardless of their AM's performance -they favor certain recruiters/team leads and give them all the high point jobs and opportunities that are urgently hiring, leaving the leftovers for everyone else,..then criticizing their performance for not scoring as many points - Recruiters get left in the dark about the revenue they bring in and get paid less with the "points" system compared to other recruiting firms. -the core values are only enforced when convenient, especially for discipline. They sell candidates hard in the interview process about their culture and how they treat people but aren't consistent once you ramp up. There isn't consistency and they use culture fit to push people out or disqualify them from the interview process -leadership brags about hiring people who are miserable and almost desperate to leave their current jobs, it feels almost predatory. there's a reason why a lot of people only stay for a year and half to two years -overall lack of development opportunities -the median age for employees has probably been 22-24 since there's limited growth and high turnover

Pros

You’ll learn the basics of recruiting quickly. Cool coworkers overall.

Cons

There are maybe six people left who’ve been here more than two years. Most of the strong, long-tenured employees (including multiple President Club Winners, VPs and directors) have left in the past year. Leadership puts most of their trust and attention into the account managers, even though it’s the recruiters bringing in the revenue. AMs tend to get praised for doing the bare minimum while recruiters are overlooked. The CEO frequently brings up the idea of suing former or even current employees, which makes people afraid to look at other opportunities — especially ironic for a company built around helping people change jobs. The “top recruiters make $200K+” claim that gets reposted every few months isn’t accurate — maybe one or two people have ever hit that number, and the new commission structure (as of 2025) makes it even less likely.
