Purvis is a great company that serves stable industries. the company is privately owned, run well, and not top heavy on management. Operations management runs a tight but fair ship, and this company seems truly concerned about their employees.

Struggles with - still operates in many ways like a much smaller company would. Making strides in this area, but the progress won't be overnight.
