Pros
I've really enjoyed my time at Push and learned a lot about PPC, account management and people management. I definitely recommend it if you're looking to learn fast and get your digital marketing career started. Key highlights: - Collaboration: there is always someone to help/support you - Pushlings are AMAZING people. They will make you feel welcome from day one - I joined as an account exec and if you put in the work, you can be promoted to an account manager quickly, within 6 months to a year - Weekly training to ensure the whole team is up to speed with the industry and key partners (Google, Microsoft, Facebook...) novelties - Encouragement to share case studies, successes and learnings with the rest of the team - Open to test new things; Pushlings have the opportunity to specialise in some channels and if you want to learn a brand new channel you will always be encouraged to do so - Pre covid, Push would encourage employees to WFH at least 1 day a week to have a focus day on strategy with no client calls. People with family outside of the UK could also work from their home country to visit family, and they've been supportive during the pandemic.
Cons
- Not a real con for me as I like to work in a fast-paced environment, but Push IS fast paced and not everyone succeeds and adapts to Push's rhythm - If you've been with Push for a while it can be a bit difficult to have a clear vision of what's your next step in the company - Being fast is great in account management for your client, but I sometime felt being too fast in making changes in the company could be confusing for the team. I know Push has been working on this though, so not a massive con
