      - Great work-life balance. Flexible start and leave times - Lots of team outings and fun events - Founders are lovely people

      Cons

      - Underpays staff - Very short term focused - Extremely development-driven - Even though the founders are lovely, they need to give the teams more trust and also consider bringing in new leadership for fresh ideas.
