      Pros

      Variety of work. Lots of great people at the Director level and below. Clients are very nice.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible. Partners think they are demi-Gods. Some are truly awful. Also tons of politics for who is promoted. The quality of your work doesn't really matter, it is who you know.
