But the backbone of the company is Joanne.
She is an accountant, always busy with spreadsheets and contracts, but take some time to know her better. You will be surprised how friendly she is when she is not busy running all the finances.
Cons
The only drawback is the pay, however, it's understandable.
It's a marketing agency as it should be. They provide a base salary and Rock Stars get bonuses.
