Great Company - Intern Pyatok Architects Employee Review

I learned a lot while I was there and enjoyed the work environment.

Nothing major comes to my mind

3 stars for the overall company, 1 star for the principals I worked with. My coworkers were nice and smart folks, the schedule was reasonable, pay average to low end.

It felt like the entire place was held up by competent PMs and job captains that were stepping in for nonexistent management by principals, unrealistic expectations and deadlines from clients, and zero mentorship/HR reporting pathways. Huge side-eye at their associates program that only seems to promote white and white-passing people. I didn't see myself reflected in leadership, didn't feel like the values of the firm were really put into practice, and felt like my architectural education was completely wasted working here.
