Good pay and benefits, but limited advancement opportunities - Branch Manager PyraMax Bank Employee Review

Pyramax Bank is a great employer with an excellent employee benefits package and has a strong commitment to work-life balance. The company invest in its employees and provides real opportunities for growth within the organization. The management team is approachable, supportive, and open to new ideas and positive change. I am very happy to be a part of such a great organization.

I always am happy to be at work because of the supportive and friendly co-workers I have. I'm never afraid to ask someone for help - everyone is willing to lend a hand even if it's not something they may be the expert on. Although I don't need to many of the benefits offered, I appreciate the choices that are available and the effort made to provide all staff with a variety of choices so each of us can make the right choice for ourselves and our families. I feel management is approachable and I am not afraid to ask questions. Paid time off is generous and the 401k match is fantastic - a true motivator for me to save for retirement. Plus, the ability to speak with a financial rep at anytime to help look through my investments and let me know if I'm on the right track. Truly can't say enough great things about PyraMax Bank. I am proud to work here.
