Pros

Working as a Customer Service Advocate at Centene has been a generally positive experience, especially with the flexibility of working from home. The company offers thorough training, and the stability that comes with being part of a large healthcare organization. Overall, it's a good role for those looking for stability and remote work, but there are definitely areas where Centene could improve to better support its frontline employees. My POC Namrata Sahu was a great support throughout the assignment.

Cons

The role can be demanding due to high call volumes and strict performance metrics, which can sometimes feel overwhelming.

Pros

Nice benefits and pay. Recruiters were very helpful. Rest of staff also very friendly.

Cons

I found the internal websites for benefits, etc. to be a little clunky. But not a big deal. In the end, I was able to use the successfully.

I’ve had a positive experience working with Pyramid, and I value the partnership and support provided so far.
