      Well structured, no fuss friendly people in employee relations

      Cons

      Too much crap in upper management, god knows who the boss is. everyone says they need to talk to someone else to get things done. if you ask for a pay rise, you are going to have to explain the same thing to a million people and hear the same thing. they need to talk to someone else.

      We always like to hear honest feedback from our associates, so we can assess and take action. Our HR and Employee Teams do some great work. We have a chain of command in place and an open door policy so that your concerns can be heard. Without knowing all the details, it is not easy to troubleshoot the issue, however talking to HR and your Manager should always be step one. If there is still an issue, talking to another manager might help guide you through the process.

      Pros

      Nice benefits and pay. Recruiters were very helpful. Rest of staff also very friendly.

      Cons

      I found the internal websites for benefits, etc. to be a little clunky. But not a big deal. In the end, I was able to use the successfully.

      I want to sincerely thank the Pyramid Consulting team for the continued support throughout my assignment. I especially appreciate Aditi’s responsiveness and support in helping coordinate and assist whenever needed. I’ve had a positive experience working with Pyramid, and I value the partnership and support provided so far.
