Pros
Their recruiters work very hard to secure the best position you are qualified for. Then they follow-up with you on a regular basis to be sure you're happy and the client is also. They have gotten me 3 raises since I've been with them.
Cons
Benefits are adequate, but generally all contracting companies don't have "robust" benefits. Their on-boarding is a little confusing the first time through.
