      Pros

      Pyramid is cool. The pay is nice, and you get good benefits. You can work from home, which is awesome. Kieron from HR is really helpful.

      Cons

      Projects could be demanding. Sometimes you get asked to work late. Overall, I think it's still a decent place to work.

      Not much. They are pretty hands off. May be sick leave could be a higher rate.
