Pros
My coworkers were all nice to me in person (but ultimately demonstrated they did not care at all about my well-being), the supervisors were very competent, the work environment was typically enjoyable and rewarding, and work responsibilities were demanding but fulfilling.
Cons
I was fired because someone outside the organization anonymously accused me of sexual harassment without a shred of evidence. I was immediately suspended without pay. The "investigation" took two months, including the appeal (thereby ensuring that my finances collapsed), and they terminated me without any evidence, just in case I had done something. None of my coworkers reached out to support me or see how I was doing. This is a ruthless corporate organization. The work is rewarding but the people are too burnt out to truly care about each other. You won't have outside-of-work friends. You will have an overwhelming workload with literally zero support or help from supervisors or coworkers. Any complaint will be dismissed at face value. If you're male, don't bother applying. They're clearly severely biased because, of course, if some random man anonymously accused a female counselor of sexual harassment with zero evidence, would that counselor be treated like dog sh*it? You know not. Male bias in this profession is already high as it is, but this place is just vicious. There is zero sympathy or support for a man in distress. Overall, I suggest applying elsewhere. This place ruined my life, and none of the supposedly nice and empathetic people working there offered any support.
