They hire just anyone with 0 skills as their branch manager and then wonder why there is no business strategies going ahead. On the name of salary they would make you beg for your own salary and this is applicable to the all Counsellors who actually make efforts to register the client but will release salary to BM who doesn't do anything and sit on her personal calls the whole day
