Pros
Smart, funny, motivated team of people who are dedicated to solving a big problem. Q Bio isn't working on your run of the mill mobile app and it shows. Some people would put "long hours" in the cons category but I'm seriously so happy to be here with these people working on something so unique, it's hard to leave, and I love that! Leadership is supportive and enabling. Well-funded with engaged, best in class investors. Good food, fun parties, flexible PTO, coworkers from multi-disciplinary backgrounds, cool office, and still small enough that team members can contribute in a massive way.
Cons
Early management was problematic and led to some drama, but that was dealt with and resolved swiftly. Nothing like an early stage company to keep you on your toes!
