      Pros

      Working here has been one of the greatest working experiences I have had. It is a fast paced start-up, with a great vision and challenges at every corner, which makes the work so much interesting and fulfilling. The people is great, always open to help, even beyond work-related matters, including the management, which is always available to help and discuss any issue!

      Cons

      As usual in start-ups, sometimes you have to handle some tasks that are not what you were expecting to have to deal with... so if you do not want to get out of your comfort zone this is not for you!

      Pros

      We're changing healthcare in a way that will save a lot of lives. There's lots of other great things - world class scientists, serial entrepreneur founder, really great teams, great focus as a company, and a well-defined roadmap. But for me the biggest pro is the vision and a belief that we can do it. Since joining I've watched the company gain more focus, and the vision crystallize with time. The roadmap is fleshed out, and we're looking to continue growing to accomplish our vision

      Cons

      Always risky to try to change the world. But the free market often rewards risk.

      Micro-management. Board made bad decision but crews need to be suffered
