The clients are amazing and the stafff

There is a distinct inner circle dynamic. Management appears to prioritise and protect staff members who are personal friends or family leading to an environment and The rotas are frequently changed with little to no notice and The high stress environment and constant pressure often lead to physical or mental illness Ironically when staff do take necessary sick leave management reacts with confusion or frustration rather than addressing the toxic causes of the burnout and lastly The office staff can be dismissive and rude It creates a culture of fear where employees feel anxious about calling the office knowing they likely won't be met with support or respect

Nothing positive, very bad experience

Cons

I was asked to come into work while unwell after a COVID vaccine. I later felt worse and went home. Someone from management came to my home unannounced and knocked loudly, which I found distressing.
