      Make own hours, big company with job security

      Cons

      Manager was very unfair and condescending; pay rate per case (which dropped each year that I was there); no pay for reading/sending emails each day; no raises ever.

      Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

      Cons

      Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
