It’s great to hear you're having a positive experience, particularly in terms of our company culture, leadership, and our family atmosphere. We prioritize creating this supportive work environment because we believe it helps unlock our best selves and an even greater impact on our partners, and ultimately, patients all across the country.
That said, I’m sorry to hear that you sometimes feel like you’re on your own. It's important to find ways to stay connected with your colleagues and to maintain a sense of community, even while working remotely. I encourage you to have an open conversation about this concern with your manager so we can work to make sure you feel like you’re surrounded by a supportive team at all times (because you are!) :)
