      PTO was great, flexible hours, weekly team meetings

      Cons

      Lack of management communication- Seemed like no one was ever on the same page, different answers depending on who you asked, unprofessional behavior. Healthcare was not very affordable for a decent plan. Annual raises were not much. No bonuses.

      Flexible work schedule/lots of learning tools

      Cons

      Stressful onboarding process. Would be better if structured or spread out more. Timekeeping is tedious especially just for tracking the little things. Case rate pay part is stressful, I feel like it is pushing quantity over quality of abstraction.
