Pros

You can work in an office with other people. Most of them are nice, barring almost everyone in upper management.

Cons

This is a counter to the two entirely fabricated reviews added on August 2nd 2021. Q-Games lures you in with promises of advancing in the game industry, being part of exciting projects and working in a diverse and friendly work environment. It’s in fact one of the quietest studios I’ve ever been in, well except for the verbal abuse staff scream at each other from over their desks. Nepotism is the rule of the day here. Other reviews are right. You only advance if you brown-nose, you only get approval to do what you want if you lick the boot. Upper management now spend their weekdays playing golf. How do I know this? Well they recorded their antics and uploaded it to YouTube of course. There’s a whole series of videos of them playing 18 holes while staff at the company struggle with the ever growing demands of their projects. Oh yes, and there’s ZERO HR in the company. Got a complaint? Bottle it up. Don’t bring it to anyone’s attention because it won’t lead to any real change. Considering that most of the complaints are aimed at the higher ups, forget any chance of having any kind of support. Better off just quitting.
