Lack of communication, poor leadership, only get 3 PTO days until you've worked a YEAR, no sick days, everything here is about making sales, theres no creative push to improve the brand and that's why no one knows who this company is despite being around for over 10 years. THERE'S NO ACTUAL HUMAN RESOURCES. Management treats everyone like tools. There's a bit of favoritism towards Latin employees that speak full Spanish. 2 leaders barely know proper English grammar despite their positions. This is not a place for creative individuals with creative ideas. This is just a sales only focused company. This place is a circus. Save your sanity and do not work here.
