Pros

-Good exposure to different creative projects. -Seems to have a tight knitted relation to clients. Most projects tend to get approved.

Cons

-People who worked here for a long time tend to be rude and sarcastic while speaking to employees. -Company politics -Strict company culture where they will lock the gate once your lunch time hour is over at 1.30pm sharp. However this does not apply to people in other departments. -Christmas Eve is a full day of work. -No AWS -10min walk to and from Changi City Point. Your lunch hour will be extremely tight. -Prepare for alot of overtime work due to rejection of designs -Not alot of benefits -Because the company is moving to a new location, it may be even more non-accessible.

Pros

-Have project throughout the years -No need walk to lunch because new office only have 1 cafeteria downstairs -Good if you are looking for a place to retire/ no need raise/ no need promotion -If really need a job, can try

Cons

-No AWS -No growth within company especially - The projects have not much creativity- and this is about the projects’ briefs + clients, NOT creative team -Bias across the teams -Experienced 2 weeks of moving to new office with no office toilet, lighting, aircon and wifi. The company advisor asked you to “bear with it” -All of these could have been resolved if we could just WFH while the office is getting ready. -Always paranoid about employees leaking company info to outside

Pros

-Stable monthly salary -Some* colleagues are nice and approachable -Guidance is available if you willing to learn

Cons

Culture: -Management style is rigid, hierarchical, unspoken rules, creating a lack of transparency. -Different department having different treatments (e.g. Claim) -Bosses are lack of empathy (Office was under renovating and still asked to work in office with no aircon/ poor light source / unisex public toilet for like 10 working days) -Many old aged employee are rude, and have favoritism -Bonus is at CNY only, need to wait very long. no AWS. -Complains are happening behind your back. They will sum up all the complains when have a problem with you. Workload: -Overtime is implicitly expected and not compensated -Pressure is frequently placed on individuals rather than addressing systemic issues -Last day still assign you work to finish Career Growth: -Designers are undervalued and lack professional recognition -Little to no clear career progression; roles remain stagnant over time -No structured salary review or increment system
