lunch available and seniors are good, trust me there are 1 to 2 seniors in all projects managing rest are being paid for doing nothing

worked for 2 years in GWR project. I’m stuck with the same salary I started with. no increments, no bonuses, no cab facility, no work life balance, no birthday gifts, no get together, no parties, no recognition. Even if u do nothing, you are equal to a hard working employee. What’s worse is the management. Most of managers are non technical, mine wasn't thankfully. Dealing with HR is a nightmare too; emails just go into a void. We have a strict 9:30 to 6:30 hybrid schedule, but there’s zero work-life balance or even small perks like a team lunch or a decent break room to de-stress. It’s just work, work, and more work with no recognition. Probably the worst company i have worked with
