Pros
You should have an opportunity to work with a great peer group. Cool subject matter and if you can manage to stay on the good side, you should have a great experience working here. Benefits were decent, great vacation accrual with paid holidays, profit share and 401k. Management was flexible for personal time when needed. Advancement could be limited, but there is potential.
Cons
Be mindful that this is a family run business culture. Emotional leadership from upper management may be a key factor in your success or failure, unless this has been rectified by recent changes, which based on recurring job postings trends suggest it is still a problem. I saw high turn over rate, low moral and employees crying, so it could be a very challenging environment. Work/life balance could be tough when traveling depending on your situation. Stay on the good side, because regardless of why a fault or failure occurs, once you are marked, you are pretty much done for.
