Pros
QA Claims has been a really good place to work. The pay is solid, and having a great manager makes a big difference day to day. You never feel stuck or on your own because there’s always someone willing to help when questions come up. It’s a supportive environment.
Cons
The biggest downside is that things can change day to day, which can be confusing at times. Most of those changes come from State Farm, not QA Claims, but it still takes some getting used to. Another tough part is the contract side of the job. There isn’t a clear end date, so you don’t always know how long the work will last, which can feel uncertain if you’re looking for stability.
