      Flexible hours. You can work anytime you want.

      Cons

      The people at QA Slack are very disrespectful. Whenever I ask questions to the admins of the site, they respond like a bunch of cows. So if you wanna work there, don't even try to open the Slack. People there are very unprofessional.

      -flexible working schedule -no pressure to meet certain quotas. -bonuses

      -low pay -penalization for mistakes that are obviously due to their system failure
