Pros
The people are really the best part. Everyone works hard and is great at what they do, while also being team players and really kind. It's always nerve-racking to start a new job but everyone was incredibly welcoming and supportive. It's competitive in terms of beating our own goals, but no one is competitive in a negative way towards each other. I find my work interesting and challenging, and the company is also supportive in terms of work life balance. Redzone talks the talk and walks the walk. Redzone also has a great product and well-defined mission, which helps morale. I'm very grateful to have found this job and understand why the average tenure here is so long! The pay is competitive for the market and the PTO policies are very generous. They also give annual health stipends and do their best to award employees consistently for their efforts. It's a really positive environment!
Cons
The health insurance policy options aren't the best.
