      Pros

      Structured, Professional, Strong core leadership, Fun, A lot of mentorship, Fast-paced, Family-oriented environment I’ve also moved through various positions in the company, which I love!

      Cons

      I’ve honestly been here so long, that I feel like my only cons are personal ones. I’ve had to travel home before, but they’ve been very understanding and accommodating.

      Pros

      The overall atmosphere is a huge bonus on working here. I used to work in the corporate world and would drag myself out of bed every day to go to work. Since I have started working here a few months ago I wake up energized and happy which is an amazing change from my previous position.

      Cons

      The parking for the office is a little confusing, to make it easier maybe label the parking spots?

      Pros

      Sense I started working here I've grown so much, no only as a person but as professionally. I love the growth as well as the people working within. Working here has opened my eyes to what the real business world is like. I love the potential for growth and advancement within this company. I enjoy waking up in the morning with a purpose, knowing today will further my education in the business world. The environment at QCB provides me with the tools to learn how to become established in the world of business.

      Cons

      You need to be upbeat & energetic with an outgoing personality, some may consider this a con but the way i was welcomed by the team!
