Pros
International environment, colleagues are friendly
Cons
CEO is actually a horrible human being - whenever he visits the office the whole office holds its breath for who he might fire on the spot. QIMA is run purely on increasing profit margins, and therefore employees at QIMA are viewed as cheap and easily replaceable labor. QIMA will ask a lot from you but will not expect to give you much in return (asked all employees for a temporary 30% pay cut even thought the company was doing fine). Specifically for IT: Has an incredible amount technical debt in IT and low quality spaghetti code to maintain. Money/speed valued higher than quality of work because QIMA isn't an IT-company and upper management have very little experience with managing a modern IT departments.
