      Pros

      Management and Leaders are nice and accessible. Rarely any office politics, employees can focus on work and deliver results. There are career opportunities if you work hard & smart. Colleagues are friendly.

      Cons

      Lack of continuous process/performance improvement, and mature management systems adopted in driving the business and operations. IT is not very supportive and productive,

      Pros

      Great coworkers, everyone helps you get acclimated and people don't step on toes when trying to make a sale. Supervisors are very helpful and walk you through processes and help you make sales. They offer good services which makes it easier to sell them

      Cons

      Mostly just the pay which is decent but not enough for San Diego cost of living. You tend to work long hours to be successful as you are fully responsible for closing sales and getting enough contacts to reach out to. This is not always the case but I often find I need to work beyond 8 hours per day to be actually successful.
