Pros
Positive work culture in some offices.
Cons
Stingy, never spend on things that matter. Managers aren't true leaders. Micromanagers. Way too top heavy and overpaid and don't have much experience to be in their roles. They spend more money traveling across the country rather than put that money to good use to help promote and salvage their business. They also harmed their own reputation by upsetting valuable employees that have left to competitors or to start their own competitive business. Four lines of businesses and not enough people to support each business, they are spread way too thin. They have all these supposed offices with hardly anyone in them to answer in a timely manner. Rate of attrition is dangerously high, they have an incentive program that you cannot obtain your matched RRSPs until 2 years completion with the company. Turnover rate is bad due to under qualified management that have no interest in your growth or investment with the company. Absolutely poorly structured and poorly organized. It is sad because there are good people in the company who believe in the good business, they just need better leaders.
