      The best reason to work for QMI is for the interpersonal relationships between stafff and employees. Everyone works as a unit to get product out the door.

      Cons

      The work can get monotonous after a while, stay motivated and focus.

      Co-workers doing their best without appreciation

      Cons

      Chaotic atmosphere. New system implemented with no support at all! Bills are all past due. Not a good environment and higher ups are not addressing and handling the problems. Such a shame.
