Pros
We are constantly being told to test out all the features so that we know what we are talking about when we advise customers. This has allowed me to learn to do many things I did not know how to do when I first came here. Customers call with questions about what a particular product can do and what features might be best for a particular need of a company. If we don't already know the answer we go find it out by either logging on to a QNAP NAS and doing what the customer wants to do or we find out in some other way. Even after 9 months, I am constantly learning new things. This is a place where you can come not knowing too much and leave a few years later knowing a lot more, with much better job prospects. Or you can stay.
Cons
Even though the pay is better than any of the non-tech jobs I have previously had, the pay is not as high as some other tech companies.
