nothing that i can say i liked.

Cons

So I spent a solid 1-2 months and understand they hire and fire interns with fake promises that their salary and their roles will be elevated. they are a testing unit and to enter in developement feild. the CEO is not man enough to make a development team, instead he makes a short team of interns, expect us to work from morning 8 to night 11. and fire and hire another. no better manager. no time schedule no discipline in meetings. not open to take management suggestions. ceo thinks he can fool the work culture and get away.

Starting as a trainee software tester was both challenging and rewarding. The initial learning curve was steep, with a lot to grasp about various testing tools and methodologies. While balancing speed and accuracy was challenging, it was manageable with time and practice. Overall, the role provided a solid foundation for growth, enhancing my skills and boosting my confidence.
