Pros

I can't think of any Pros. While I did meet lovely people at Qsource, it is unfortunately the company's management that sets a very negative tone.

Cons

Working at Qsource was a frustrating and demoralizing experience, and I would discourage any one in any role from applying there. Employees who seek positive changes within the company are either ignored or punished. If you disagree with management, they take it personally and never truly let you forget your "transgression." So many people have been unfairly fired. The many who see the true nature of Qsource and its culture have either left or want desperately to do so. Employees who are difficult to work with but who tow the company line seem to suffer no consequences and in fact are rewarded. As a result, any hope for teamwork is destroyed and state-mandated deadlines - and thus federally required mandates - are put repeatedly at risk.

Pros

The team there was very warm and welcoming and always willing to help educate you to their service lines.

Cons

Base salary was very low a seasoned HC sales professional. But the commission was 25% of services sold. So, I took the position and was happy to be back in healthcare. With in 3 months, commission plan changed to 7% with a huge threshold in play, which stated from zero dollars to 175K you were paid NOTHING in commission. Plus this was a brand-new service offering for the company and we (sales reps) walked into a ZERO pipeline and zero Brand recognition (except for 2 or 3 states).
