1)It has knowledgeable seniors which teaches us the way for best approaches 2)Get to work with latest technologies, tools 3)Have friendly and work life balance 4)Good pays 5)If you get a chance to join this organization ,don't bring second thought just go for it.
Cons
1)Joining as a fresher I didn't find any such disadvantages that can put me in regrating, or bringing negative thoughts, I am fully satisfied with polices and everything.
