Pros
QTS has been in a continuous cycle of drastic change for a couple of years now. In the last year, under new sales leadership, teams are solidifying nationwide; the company services have been honed to a manageable set allowing us to excel in technical advances for our customers; and the people have the flexibility and executive support to deliver quickly with high customer service.
Cons
As the company leaps from being a small/mid tier company into a rapidly growing large company it comes with many of the traditional growing pains. QTS appears to have put and continues to put the right leadership in place to work through these pains. Upcoming system roll outs, continuing to hire so we don't have single points of contacts for answers, and rapidly building and adding Data Centers.
