Friendly coworkers, small company, owner visits sites and is involved in some issues, good teamwork, many responsibilities, learning ops.
Cons
They break the law. They put pressure on employees to conform, even when it's against the law. Limited employee loyalty. They don't participare in FMLA. Many employees req to work 10 plus days without break, if they want time off for emergency or vacation.
