QuantiQ have a great work / life balance - everybody is a name (rather than a number) and whilst we are seeing incredible growth in business , recruiting new people monthly, we still only look for people that will fit in with the ethos & working practices of the company - makes for excellent team work. The seemingly small things add up as well - such as daily complimentary fruit / soft drinks / breakfast facilities in the office. Various monthly staff events are organised / occasional lunches provided / cinema vouchers / coffee shop cards are also sent to all employees as a little thankyou now & again - adding to the feeling of actually being valued for the work you do.
