      Pros

      There are no pros. This is the worst employer I’ve ever had.

      Cons

      You won’t be compensated for what you do or what you are told you will be paid. The owner will lie about what you can make off leasing and management fees to hook you into working for him, but he never pays what he says and has unrealistic expectations of working constantly for no pay.

      Pros

      I got to work on a large scale private equity deal despite only being a senior in college. It gave me good under sing how things are structured and how people make things happen from idea to execution

      Cons

      It was a remote internship, I would have liked to have had an office to report to

      Pros

      Half of leadership are women and racial minorities. The company has sponsored and supported various events assisting women and minorities in the DC region.

      Cons

      None that comes to mind at the moment.
