Pros
I enjoyed working for QVC. I loved my job and the benefits including the discount on QVC purchases. The people were great and fun to work with
Cons
Relied too much on consulting firms who made drastic cuts to staffing. Too much senior (VP and above) management disconnect from the day to day operations. Didn't trust the "boots on the ground" people to get the job done. Often went cheap on infrastructure improvements instead of smart.
