Pros
DO NOT pay attention to negative reviews for CS reps at HSN. If you follow the rules & do your job, you have no issues. The people that complain just aren’t a fit, won’t follow simple rules, and/or are lazy, IMO. If you need help, it’s always available. PROS: Work from home, benefits, discount, supervisor support, being independent, not a lot of interaction with coworkers.
Cons
Could be paid slightly more but…. being home is great. paying for own equipment is a huge investment to get started.
