Leadership was accessible and they cared about the employees. They had a great benefit package and salaries were very fair for this area. I would go back in a heartbeat!
They don't have enough work to place their employees. The company does not have the resources or thought leadership to grow their business. The leaders are somewhat arrogant and don't respect the opinions of those who are in specialized fields.
The company's culture is non-existent. Young or old, I witnessed way too much gossiping and mean girl behaviors. The environment is not professional and bad behaviors get swept under the rug.
The company will not allow individuals to work from home. There is no flexibility at all if you are sick or if weather is bad and roads or schools are closed. There is a distrust from the leaders at this company that individuals will goof off. There are rumors that the leaders of the company also watch emails and internet use closely.
People only work here because the money and benefits are good.
