No onboarding. No structure. First 1:1 with my manager was over a month in. In-crowd culture. Not in it? You’ll be pushed out, not developed. “Remote with occasional travel” means travel most weeks, often last minute. Messages outside hours. Meetings before your day starts. Boundaries don’t exist here. My manager had never managed anyone. It showed every single day. People dismissed with no warnings, no process, no real explanation. Third-party AI tools used on sensitive customer data. Compliance risk, full stop. All-hands meetings that exist to tick a box.
