Cheap flights and the ability to say you've worked for the 'best' airline in the world
Cons
Regular turnover of senior staff with no logic other than the whim of a paranoid, vain and erratic CEO. Cabin crew treated like automatons and denied basic freedoms. Constant politicking from top to bottom and no perceptible strategy.
