Provided accommodation, salary always on time, opportunity to grow in the company, private health insurance, safe living in Qatar, multicultural environment.
Cons
All accommodations are under video surveillance and controlled entrances by swipe in and out system, performance is always scrutinized to to point it demotivates you, flying hours can be too much, no possibility of being represented by a syndicate. Possibly it is a much better situation now since the new CEO was appointed.
