Company only cares about management and justifies their bad behaviour, I was told to accept a manager shouting at me in front of everyone and constant belittling HR are very ineffective and grievance process is too multi layered, encourages a system of continually taking abuse and disrespect and reporting each time it happens Too much emphasis on hierarchy, some management only respect people higher than them and view people of a lower grade badly Policies can make access to complete work very restricted
